Marken can manage all of your clinical trials’ drug returns, as well as destruction of those returns, whether during the trial or at the completion of your trial.
We coordinate with the investigator sites for a suitable collection date, verify what was received and provide reconciliation with the sponsor system, then transfer the product to a secure area and facilitate destruction after authorization. A copy of the Destruction Certificate will be forwarded to you.
You’ll be able to track this process via Marken’s custom-designed, web-based online system, Solo™. In conjunction with IXRS/IVRS systems, Solo is able to handle global inventory across all depots, communicate status of shipment and clear visibility of the drug return & destruction process, as well as facilitate a greater level of reconciliation.
