This service can greatly reduce both shipping and handling, and potentially reduce your testing costs.
We understand your needs, so we supply investigator sites with everything they need to facilitate this service. For example, we provide pre-trial training on how to package specimens to maintain critical temperatures throughout the delivery process. We also provide special packaging and coolants required to meet the control needs for each trial specimen.
Once the specimen leaves the investigator site, Marken monitors the temperature of the specimen from the time it leaves the investigator site until the time it arrives at the central lab, specialty lab, or Marken depot. Since specimens often need to cross country borders, our best-in-class knowledge and experience in regulatory matters will help move samples speedily through the process.
