Chief Financial Officer, Marken

As the Chief Financial Officer at Marken, Lindsey Innocenti expertly manages a diverse array of financial responsibilities and strategic global initiatives. She leads cross functional teams to optimize and implement new solutions, maximizing efficiency across global billing, financial reporting, accounting, audit and compliance, strategic funding and financial systems and automation.

With over a decade of specialized expertise in global financial analysis and reporting for business objectives and strategy, she brings transformative leadership skills to this role. In her former position as UPS’s VP of the Treasury Strategy Team, Lindsey was responsible for treasury technology, shareholder services, bank relationships, retirement oversight and strategic projects including customer pay strategy. Beginning her career with UPS in 2011, Lindsey has ascended through a series of senior roles, amassing extensive proficiency in global finance management of the highly complex supply chain industry. Her robust experience includes financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, international finance, enterprise transformation, and corporate finance and capital markets. Lindsey also played a pivotal role in developing the capital lifecycle management process.

Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgia State University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration in Global Business and Supply Chain from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
