We are currently monitoring a disruption affecting customs operations at RUH Airport, which has impacted a number of export shipments.

Local authorities have advised that operations are expected to resume today, or by tomorrow at the latest. All affected export shipments have been identified, and impacted sites have been notified. At this time, import shipments remain unaffected.

Our teams are actively tracking all impacted shipments and coordinating closely with customers and sites to minimize disruption. Contingency plans, including alternative routing through Dammam where appropriate, are being prepared to help maintain continuity of service.
