Ensure safe, on-time delivery of a biological sample shipment with a 48-hour lifespan from Montreal, CA to a lab in Johnson City, TN, USA.

Our Regulatory and Trade Compliance Team completed customs requirements while the shipment was in-transit, which allowed the immediate release and handoff of the samples by local officials to a dedicated Marken driver, on standby at the airport.

Marken successfully recovered and transported the shipment to its final destination on-time with an overall 42-hour turnaround time (TAT) delivery performance. Samples arrived at the lab within the crucial vitality window and were able to be processed.
