- Israel: El Al has restored select passenger flights, schedule is fluid and destinations are evolving.
- Lebanon: Airspace remains open, Middle East Airlines (ME) is operating to/from BEY (Beirut), with limited international connections. Turkish Airlines (TK), Eithad Airways (EY) and Qatar Airways (QR) operational into Lebanon
- Jordan: Airspace is open with restrictions on commercial operations. Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) and a few select carriers are operating to/from AMM (Amman), serving select regional routes & long-haul destinations

Our highest priority remains maintaining service reliability and protecting the integrity of critical healthcare and complex secure shipments. While we are actively implementing mitigation strategies, shipment delays or displacements may still occur due to the severity of the situation.

- Activated contingency planning protocols and business continuity measures to enable rerouting options and adjusted pickups
- Engaged closely with airline, ground and logistics partners tomonitor schedules and secure capacity through alternate routes
- Deployed rapid-response escalation teams to ensure end-to-end visibility and protect time- and temperature-sensitive shipments
- Enhanced regional communication channels to deliver real-time updates and proactive support to clients, partners and stakeholders
